How your data is protected
Your organization's data lives in an isolated, access-controlled workspace with role-based permissions and full audit trails. The platform maintains SOC 2 (Type I & II) and SOC 3 compliance and has a strict no-training policy on customer data, so your conversations and inputs are never used to train AI models.
Integrations with guardrails
Connect Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Calendar, Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint, Excel), CRMs such as Salesforce and HubSpot, and built-in tools like web research. Custom MCP servers and Zapier cover the rest.
Built-in integrations limit the AI to pre-defined actions and to what the connected account can already do. The Microsoft 365 integration, for example, is built around reading, finding, creating and updating. It cannot delete emails, files or Teams channels.
