No. We're vendor neutral and work with whatever platform fits you best, including the one you already use. For businesses starting fresh, we also offer a managed AI platform powered by Hatz AI, which we set up and run for you.
Do we need an IT department?
No. We handle setup, configuration, training and ongoing management, so your team can focus on using AI, not maintaining it.

Security and data
How is our data protected?
On our managed platform, your organization's data lives in an isolated, access-controlled workspace with role-based permissions and full audit trails. The platform maintains SOC 2 (Type I & II) and SOC 3 compliance and has a strict no-training policy on customer data, so your conversations and inputs are never used to train AI models. If you use another platform, we review its settings and help you put the same kinds of controls in place.
How do you make sure AI cannot damage the systems it connects to?
We review the permissions of every connection. On our managed platform, built-in integrations limit the AI to pre-defined actions and to what the connected account can already do. The Microsoft 365 integration, for example, is built around reading, finding, creating and updating. It cannot delete emails, files or Teams channels.
Integrations
Can AI connect to our existing tools?
Usually, yes. Common connections include Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Calendar, Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint, Excel), CRM and sales systems such as Salesforce and HubSpot, and built-in tools like web research. We map out which ones fit your business during onboarding.
What if there is no ready-made connection for one of our systems?
There is usually a way. Custom MCP (Model Context Protocol) servers can connect AI to internal or niche systems, and Zapier opens the door to thousands of other tools. Each connection stays under the same admin controls as the rest of your setup.
